Join me this summer for an 8 week series of online mat classes
Tuesdays from June 9 - July 28
9 am MST/ 10 am Costa Rica Time
5 pm Paris Time
30- 45 minutes
It's 30 minutes of focused movement + coaching, with an optional extra 15 minutes of advanced work for anyone craving a deeper challenge.
Can't join live? No problem. I send out a recording of every session after- good for one week!
