Yes, I provide personalized Pilates sessions in the comfort of your home.

How can I book a session?

You can easily book your first Pilates session by contacting me via email. Sessions can be purchased on the website.

What is your teaching style?

I focus on the joy of movement. Movement can feel great! I tailor classes to clients' needs and goals. Not sure what those might be? We'll figure it out together! I want to make sure that Pilates is fun and accessible.

Are sessions suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! All levels are welcome. Sessions are tailored to you and your goals and abilities.

Do you have a cancellation Policy?

Yes, I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. But I grant regular clients one "free" late-cancellation per year.

What if I don't have any equipment at home?

Don't worry! I bring everything we'll need to get a focused workout in. The mat work isn't easier than the machines and working from home can absolutely give you the results you're looking for.
